Do I need to file the claim before I submit this?
No. Many customers come to us first — we'll walk you through filing with your insurance company after you hear from us. -
What if I don't have photos yet?
Don't worry about photos right now. After we talk, we'll either come to you for a free mobile assessment or tell you exactly how to photograph the damage yourself in 5 minutes. -
Is this going to cost me anything?
Most of our customers pay nothing out of pocket. Deductible assistance is available on qualifying claims — we'll tell you straight what you'll owe before any work starts. -
How soon can you look at my car?
During hail season (April–July) we schedule within 24–48 hours. Outside peak season, usually the same or next day. Pickup anywhere in the Kansas City metro is free.
