These terms describe what you can expect from us, what we need from you, and how disputes get handled. They apply to anyone using this website or hiring Hail Solutions for repair services. Nothing on this page is legal advice.

Services we provide

Hail Solutions performs paintless dent repair (PDR) on hail-damaged vehicles. Services include damage inspection under LED line-board lighting, written estimates in CCC ONE format, insurance claim coordination (including supplement submission), vehicle pick-up and delivery within our service area, and the repair itself. We do not do paint repair, body-filler work, mechanical repair, detailing, tint, or PPF.

Estimates and pricing

Every repair is estimated in writing before work begins. Estimates are based on the number of dents, their size, affected panels, vehicle materials (aluminum, high-strength steel), and applicable markups. Final pricing may change if hidden damage is found during disassembly — we'll document any supplement and seek approval before performing additional work.

Insurance claim coordination

We work with most major insurance carriers. You authorize us to discuss your claim with your insurer when you sign our work authorization. You remain responsible for filing the initial First Notice of Loss (FNOL) with your insurance company — we cannot file it on your behalf.

Deductible assistance

We offer deductible assistance on qualifying claims. Terms depend on claim size and carrier. This is communicated in writing during the estimate process and is not a guarantee for every claim. We do not advertise specific dollar amounts or apply deductible assistance in any way that violates applicable state insurance regulations.

Warranty

We warranty our paintless dent repair work for the life of the vehicle, in writing. If a repaired dent fails (pops back out, shows a visible line, or otherwise doesn't hold), bring the vehicle back and we'll correct it at no cost. The warranty covers workmanship on dents we repaired. It does not cover new damage, damage from a different event, or issues caused by subsequent body shop work.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information on your intake forms.
• Authorize us to work with your insurer by signing our repair authorization.
• Make your vehicle accessible for pickup at a reasonable time.
• Cover any deductible owed after deductible assistance is applied.
• Notify us of any non-hail damage you don't want included in the claim.

Right to choose your repair facility

Missouri and Kansas both protect your right to choose the shop that repairs your vehicle. Your insurance company cannot require you to use a specific facility. We'll honor your choice to use us, and if you decide to use a different shop partway through, we'll share documentation and let you go without hassle.

Storage, abandonment, and liens

Vehicles left on our lot more than 30 days after repair completion without communication may incur storage fees consistent with Missouri/Kansas mechanic's lien statutes. We'll always attempt to reach you before assessing fees.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, videos — is owned by Hail Solutions LLC or licensed to us. You may share links to the site freely. You may not copy large portions of our content to another site without permission.

Limitation of liability

We do our best work on every vehicle, and our lifetime warranty covers workmanship issues. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for that specific repair. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of use, or diminished value claims in excess of the repair amount.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Kansas law. Any dispute not resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Johnson County, Kansas. If you're a Missouri resident, we'll consider alternative forums in good faith.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Using the website or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
