Three tracks we're hiring for.

  • PDR Technician

    Experienced

    For experienced hail-focused PDR techs. You already know dent-mapping, push method, glue pull, and how to read a CCC ONE estimate. You're looking for a permanent home with steady storm-season volume and a shop that runs the process like a professional.

    What we look for

    • 3+ years of PDR experience (hail preferred)
    • Familiarity with aluminum body panels and HSS
    • CCC ONE workflow
    • Clean work ethic + customer-facing professionalism

  • PDR Apprentice

    Learning track

    If you want to learn PDR the right way — hands-on, under a master tech, with real hail-season volume — this is the track. 2–3 years to full efficiency. You'll start on easy panels and progress as you demonstrate consistency.

    What we look for

    • Mechanical aptitude and patience
    • Willing to learn under supervision
    • Steady hands and strong attention to detail
    • Committed to staying with the shop through the training curve

  • Customer Service / Claims Coordinator

    Operations

    Half operations, half customer comms. You'll own the intake-to-delivery workflow: coordinating pickups, talking to adjusters, submitting supplements, scheduling repairs, and keeping every customer in the loop. No PDR experience needed — customer service and insurance process familiarity do.

    What we look for

    • Organized, calm under pressure
    • Comfortable on the phone with insurance adjusters
    • Basic CRM fluency (we use GHL)
    • Interest in the hail industry
