Information you give us directly

When you submit the claim intake form, the contact form, or the careers application, you provide us with some or all of the following: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, vehicle year/make/model, insurance carrier, claim number, message content, and photos of your vehicle. We use this information to respond to you, coordinate repairs, and communicate about the status of your claim.

Information collected automatically

Our website uses standard web analytics to understand how visitors interact with the site. This includes things like pages visited, time on site, referring URL, and device type. We do not sell or share this data with advertisers.

How we use your information

  • To contact you about your claim. If you submit a form, we'll call, text, or email you to respond.
  • To coordinate with your insurance company. If you authorize us to, we share your claim number and vehicle details with your insurer for supplement negotiation.
  • To complete the repair. Photos you send may be used for damage documentation, before/after comparison, and supplement submission.
  • To improve our service. Anonymized analytics help us understand what's working and what isn't.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the parties necessary to do the job: your insurance company (for claim coordination), our software and hosting vendors (data processors listed below), and, where required, law enforcement or regulators responding to valid legal process. We do not sell your information.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our website uses essential cookies to function (e.g., remembering form state) and optional analytics cookies to understand visitor behavior. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some site functionality.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your information, correct inaccuracies, or stop communicating with you at any time. Email service@localhailsolutions.com with "privacy request" in the subject line and we'll handle it within 30 days. If you're a California, Colorado, Virginia, or other state-specific resident with enhanced rights, we'll honor them.

Data retention

We keep claim-related data for as long as necessary to complete the repair and any associated warranty obligations, plus the time required by state record-keeping laws (typically 3–7 years). Unsuccessful form submissions and general inquiries are typically deleted after 2 years.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (HTTPS everywhere, encrypted storage at our vendors, access controls on our CRM). No system is perfectly secure. If we ever discover a breach that affects your data, we'll notify affected individuals as required by law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be announced by a banner on the website for at least 30 days.
