The zero-effort process
Seven steps. You do three. We do the rest.
The hardest part of hail damage shouldn't be figuring out what to do next. Here's exactly how a claim runs from the morning after the storm to the keys back in your hand.
-
You start your claim online or call
Phone number, vehicle info, insurance carrier if you know it. Use our online wizard at /start/ or call the shop directly.
Your effort: 3 minutes -
We respond within the hour
Business hours (Mon–Fri 8–6, Sat 9–4) we call or text back within 60 minutes. After hours, first thing the next morning.
Your effort: reply to the text -
Free LED line-board inspection
Either at your location or at our Olathe shop. We count every dent, classify by size and panel, write the CCC ONE-format estimate your insurer uses.
Your effort: hand over the keys -
You file the FNOL with your insurer
First Notice of Loss is the only insurance call you make. We'll give you a script. Get your claim number and text it to us.
Your effort: one phone call -
We coordinate with your adjuster
Meet the adjuster (in-person or virtual), submit our detailed supplement, negotiate approval. Usually takes 1–2 business days per round.
Your effort: zero -
Free pick-up and repair
We collect your vehicle from anywhere in the Kansas City metro. Repair runs 1–3 days for moderate damage, 3–7 for severe. Text updates at each milestone.
Your effort: still zero -
Delivery — and done
We deliver back. Clean, inspected, warrantied in writing for life. Most customers pay nothing out of pocket — deductible assistance covers many claims.
Your effort: drive off
Total customer effort
Under 15 minutes.
Across the entire 2-4 week timeline from "I have hail damage" to "my car is back" — your total active time is 3 minutes on intake, one FNOL phone call, and a handful of text replies. That's it.
Common questions about the process.
-
How long does the whole process take from start to finish?
Typically 2–4 weeks. About half of that is waiting on insurance supplement approval (1–2 business days per round, sometimes two rounds). The actual repair is 1–3 days for moderate damage, up to 7 days for severe. We keep you updated at every milestone.
-
What do I actually have to do?
Three things total. (1) Call your insurance to file the FNOL — we can't do this for you. (2) Sign our work authorization so we can talk to your adjuster. (3) Hand over the keys when we pick up. Everything else is on us.
-
When do I pay?
After the repair is complete, and usually nothing out of pocket. Insurance pays us directly in most cases. Your deductible is due when you pick up, or sooner if we've set up deductible assistance for you.
