How to file
File via the Progressive website or app. You'll likely be routed to photo estimate first. Submit wide shots of each panel plus close-ups of visible dents. Once you have your claim number, text it to us at the shop and we'll take it from there — adjuster meeting, supplement, repair, delivery.

Progressive can be slower than State Farm on supplement approval (2-4 business days sometimes). Their estimators frequently undercount; a well-documented CCC ONE supplement from us typically gets full approval after one round of follow-up.
